James Aaron Smith, a native New Orleanian, has 15 years of construction and construction related experience. He has spent 6 of those 8 years operating his company Imperium Builders South, LLC. . 

He is a hands on worker and is personally and actively involved in every project.

Mr. Smith started Imperium Builders South, LLC in 2008 in New Orleans, LA and having knowledge and experience in all phases of construction, primary operations, flooring, carpentry and opportunities to provide enjoyable homebuilding experiences for homebuyers. He enjoys the chance to work each day building homes with the same care and enthusiasm he would building for his own family.

Diversification has given Mr. Smith and his company a wider and stronger level of knowledge and expertise. He expanded his services to performing feasibility studies and negotiating contracts, working directly in market research for properties to purchase for potential development projects.
